Safe guidance of hydraulic cables in construction and agricultural machinery

In these agricultural and construction machines from various manufacturers, the energy supply systems must always function perfectly under particularly harsh operating conditions. They also have to be extremely robust and low-maintenance, guiding all hydraulic hoses reliably and safely.
Specifically, this selection of vehicles includes a telescopic loader and a pile driver.
The telescopic loader offers users the advantage of being able to bridge distances of several metres thanks to the telescopic excavator arm. This makes it easy to reach higher locations, for example. The energy supply must always ensure safe guidance of the hydraulic hoses - regardless of whether the arm is extended or retracted.
The cables for the pile driver are also strained due to the extendable ram and must be guided in a compact and safe way. A particularly robust and durable system was required here due to the high shock forces of the pile driver and strong vibrations.

The polymer energy chain systems E4.1 and E2/000 provided the solution. They are ideal for the applications in question, as they not only fulfil the requirements regarding robustness, freedom from maintenance and durability. They are also weatherproof and therefore designed for permanent outdoor use. In both cases, but especially within the pile driver, the system scores highly as it always allows for reliable cable guidance, even in combination with constant and strong vibrations and movements. It protects the many hydraulic hoses used in agricultural machinery. This reduces cable replacements, which increases the reliability of the machine and significantly lowers the costs of ongoing operation.
