Universal module for all movements on the robot

triflex® RS dresspack is a very compact universal module that is installed on the existing attachment points on the robot. Thanks to the low installation height and the triflex® R chain guide parallel to the robot arm, applications with very tight installation spaces can also be implemented. triflex® RS dresspack with integrated fibreglass rods offers an excellent opportunity to implement the energy supply to the robot head safely and without cable stress.

To the complete system in 4 steps

Step 1

Select the correct chain size using the online tool

Determine the number and outer diameter of the cables and hoses to be guided from axis 3-6
Use the interior separation configurator to determine the correct chain size that can easily accommodate all the required cables.
When selecting the e-chain, please note that only the TRC & TRE.B series can be combined with this system

TRE.B the open type

TRE.B version can absorb 4x more pull force than the TRC version
Open type means that the cables and hoses can simply be pushed into the energy chain
Select the size that matches your chosen RS system
Use the part number to determine the additional chain length (500mm, 1000mm, 1500m or 2000mm) which should be available outside the RS.

TRC the closed type

Closed type means maximum protection against external influences
