iglidur® i.Sense: predictive maintenance from stock

The isense® system consists of two different parts:
1. a technology integrated in the bearing recognises wear in advance and gives you a signal in good time when the wear limit is reached.

2. a readout unit for measuring the plain bearing data.
There are various options for this: You can read out isense® plain bearings manually or install a control unit with a red/green display on the machine, which provides information on the condition of the plain bearings. Another option is to connect to an icom.plus. This allows the plain bearing data to be transferred to a cloud system or your own network.
