Low coefficient of friction, high wear resistance and excellent resistance to media and corrosion - ideal for 24/7 continuous operation
Our plain, spherical and ball bearings, slewing ring bearings, rollers and gears are made partly or entirely of our tribologically optimised high-performance plastics - for moving, dry-operating and permanently maintenance-free applications.
Thanks to the integrated solid lubricants, regular service visits and the risk of incorrect or insufficient lubrication are eliminated. As there is no grease as a binding agent for particles, they are also extremely resistant to dirt and dust.
This reduces unplanned downtimes and simplifies operation considerably - especially in continuous and multi-shift operation.
