  • Requirements: Ambient conditions are a salty atmosphere, high humidity, fluctuating temperatures and vibrations. All components had to be very compact in order to fit into a shipping container. A cost-optimised solution also had to be found.

Another advantage of the control system: It saves the commissioning engineers time. A robolink® D gearbox and drylin® motors ensure a reliable drive in a compact installation space. The motors are controlled via the intuitive D1 dryvecontrol system.

The stepper motor used can be controlled with the intuitive control system D1 dryve. The web-based interface helps with quick programming.

The D1 dryve can be easily installed on the top-hat rail in a control cabinet.
